lookalike audience modeling enables you to build larger audiences from a smaller seed audience (an audience with smaller reach) this is achieved by running machine learning models generated on the fly by our smart pipeline integration the larger audience mirrors the key attributes of the original audience and can be adjusted using a scale of multipliers a scale of multipliers determines the balance between the reach of your audience and its accuracy audience manager offers flexibility to our users to choose the scaling dimension (households, devices or ip addresses) each new lookalike audience can be deployed to a supported target platform of your choice if some segments and audiences used as a lookalike base audience include usage restrictions which stipulate that some segments are only available to specific advertisers, those restrictions are also applied to the lookalike audience you can customize the columns that display on the lookalike audiences page to suit your workflow and save the changes to display whenever you access the page you can preview the corresponding reach numbers for the other two dimensions (households and ip addresses in this example) using the preview icon when you view the audience details for a lookalike audience, the audience type is lookalike audience you must have the permissions enabled to perform lookalike modeling if you do not have access, speak with your cadent representative note lookalike modeling is only available for first party data it is not supported for marketplace segments
