the deployments list page provides a starting point for creating deployments and for managing your existing deployments by default, a complete list of your organization's deployments display in the table on this page you can change the columns that display on the page and change the position of columns the table below defines the columns and indicates which ones display by default sort the items that display based on any of the available columns advanced filters help you view exactly the set of deployments you want, and you can search for specific deployments by name and deployment destination note click a deployment in the table to see a comprehensive set of details on it for review or to edit the deployment you cannot edit completed deployments the following columns display \<font color="#ffffff">name\</font> \<font color="#ffffff">description\</font> \<font color="#ffffff">default view\</font> filter by name, id, destination enter a value in the entry field to search for deployments by the deployment name, destination, or id yes name unique alphanumeric value that identifies the deployment the name column is required to display yes schedule days remaining shows the total number of days remaining until the schedule end date no status indicates the current point in the workflow for each deployment the following are valid status values deployed pending in progress failed staging batch failed batch retry yes actions provides access to various actions, which can be performed on a deployment the following are valid options edit deployment archive deployment n/a last deployed the date of the last deployment using the specific audience filters allow you to select specific dates or ranges to display yes created date the registered creation date of a deployment that indicates when the deployment was first entered in the system filters allow you to select specific dates or ranges to display yes destination the target system or platform where deployment data is sent yes destination type the destination type defines the purpose of the destination where the dataset information is sent it determines how the receiving partner system will use the data the following are valid values activation connection measurement yes cadence indicates whether a deployment is to occur once or be repeat on a schedule the following are valid values one time scheduled yes next run date when the next deployment is to occur filters allow you to select specific dates or ranges to display yes type defines the format and the intended use of the deployment data the following are valid values dataset audience pixel audience group no tags tags are assigned by your organization to create groups of related deployments this is valuable when filtering deployments based on a specific attribute a list of tags that were assigned to each deployment display no changing columns on the deployments page to optimize the deployments page for your individual workflow, you can control what columns display and the order in which they appear the changes that you make remain for the next time you log in at any time, you can return to the default display options note the name column is required and cannot be removed from view to change the columns that display, complete the following steps on the deployments page, click the gears icon in the upper right of the page to add a column to the deployments page, select the box beside the column name you want to remove a column from the deployments page, remove the check from that option to move a column so that it displays in a different location on the page, click the icon to the right of the check box and move the column to where you want it to appear to return to the default display, click refresh advanced filtering on the deployments page while the basic filter on the left side of the page provides the ability to find audiences based on a single criterion, (id, name, and destination) the advanced filtering allows you to apply multiple filters using any of the columns that display filter rules associated with each filter criterion may operate differently based on the filter selected the rules allow you to tailor exactly how the filter is to be applied for example, if you want to filter on the name , you can select from rules that include or exclude names or parts of names as shown in the following example this allows you to filter results very precisely and even to specifically remove some options from appearing other columns, like status , allow you to filter based on deployments that share a specific status or to remove deployments from the page that share a status apply these rules to more tightly refine the filter results to set the advanced filtering, complete the following steps on the deployments page, click the filter icon in the upper right select one or more filter criterion you want the following criteria are available name use the filter based on deployment names you want to include of exclude last deployed filter based on deployment dates or periods like last 7 days or last quarter status filter based on one or more deployment status values or select statueses to be excluded date created filter based on when a deployment was first built in the system destination filter based on the partner destination for the deployment destination type filter based on whether the partners you want to include or exclude are activation, connection, or measurement partners cadence filter to view deployments that are draft, one time, or scheduled a draft deployment is not yet assigned a cadence next run filter based on the date when the deployments you want will deploy next tags tags are created by your organization to provide a way to relate audiences with shared attributes a list of available tags display where you can select one or more type select one or more of the following options audience, audience group, dataset, or pixel to make results more specific, select more than one filter criteria to clear all filters, click reset
