you can choose freewheel from the list of delivery partners while creating a deployment you can only deploy device ids and ip addresses to freewheel if your organization has more than one freewheel account, you can deploy to up to two freewheel accounts the platform will auto generate a unique segment id for every dataset or audience deployment when you choose freewheel as destination this will identify this deployment uniquely inside freewheel and will also help in reporting back the impressions to us against this id custom segment id we use the following file naming conventions when sending content to freewheel datasets cadent fw d \<dataset id> audiences cadent fw a \<audience id> refreshing data in freewheel to use our latest graph updates you can choose scheduled deployments https //app archbee com/docs/mm0 jikjqqa 09i6fqtmh/ luvanrqtpl97stry8 pl for distributing your audience to freewheel this will include an expiration timestamp value in the output files calculated based on the date of next deployment run (+2 days buffer for protection against any data load delays at freewheel end) of your deployment freewheel account setup guidelines ensure that your freewheel account is updated with the following settings to operate correctly with our system the freewheel account configuration should be set to default to delta ingests with no row operator note without this setting, freewheel will delete any prior segment information associated with a user record (device id or ip) during any subsequent deployments containing the existing user ids the max imum number of segments per user id must be set to a higher number than the total number of segments deployed by cadent to freewheel this setting can be found in freewheel at audience integration center > data providers > cadent note if the maximum number is lower than the total segment count, audience members will be removed from the segment after the maximum is reached deleting an audience segment you can delete a previously deployed segment from freewheel this helps you to save costs you incur in the freewheel platform to use this feature, select the checkbox next to custom segment id delete segment from destination the deployment will run as a one time deployment and then be deleted resulting in a one time deployment you can select the output id types (devices, ips or custom id in case of fw vcid) for which you want to delete the segment association in freewheel
