to create a new tv segment, complete the following steps on the navigation menu, select audience manager > tv viewership the tv viewership tab displays click + create at tv viewership segment name , enter a unique name that identifies the segment at station types, select one of the following depending on the type of tv segment you are building all broadcast cable at networks, select one or more networks you must have at least one network to define a range of dates during which the tv segment is active, at date(s) , select range from the drop down and use the calendar tool to indicate the start and end dates to define a specific date, when the tv segment is active, at date(s) select specific from the drop down and select a date from the calendar at day(s) of the week , select one or more days from the drop down at timezone , you can select the user time zone, which is the time zone for your current location, or you can assign a specific time zone to apply for the tv segment to define nielsen dayparts , click neilsen the nielsen day parts field displays select one or more dayparts from the drop down to define the household location by state, select one or more states from the states drop down to define the household location by designated market areas (dma), at dma s, select all the dmas that apply a dma establishes a region within a state for the tv segment to define the household location based on zip code, at zip codes , enter all 5 digit the zip codes where you want the tv segment to apply enter a comma between each zip code to separate them at frequency , enter the minimum number of days each household must be exposed to an ad to qualify for the segment the default is 1 to add a new set of segment criteria, click add criteria and enter the additional network, dates and geographic details you want at segment id , enter the audience segment that applies for the tv segment click run reach the reach for the tv segment displays click save
