datasets my dataset is not loading the application only accepts data files with segment ids made up of alphanumeric characters and dashes the segment id cannot exceed 125 characters i uploaded a dataset but it's not available to share with partners after you upload a dataset and the status is done , you must still share it to make the dataset available to a partner on the datasets page, click the arrow on the end of the row of the dataset you want, and then select the partners with whom you want to share it i uploaded my dataset but its segments are not in the audience builder when you add a new dataset that you want to use for audience building, make sure that you do not select measurement from the category field on the new datasets page the measurement category is for datasets that are not intended to be included in audiences a measurement dataset is sent directly to a data partner and is not intended for use in an audience i uploaded my dataset but the segments are not named correctly in the audience application if you upload a dataset that contains multiple segments, and didn't assign a taxonomy, the system assigns the segment ids as the segment names if a taxonomy has not been created for the dataset, you have the ability to edit the dataset and add it learn more https //help cadent app/creating and editing a taxonomy i loaded my dataset but the match rate that displays on the dataset page is 0 how can i fix this? a zero match rate indicates that the input was not matched this could be an issue with the match identifier that was selected for the dataset often this occurs when the uploaded file contained encrypted email and clear text was selected causing the system to ignore the encryption or there is a mismatch between the encryption type selected and the encryption used in the file verify that you have the correct encryption type selected my match rate is unexpectedly low but there are some matches how can i improve the match rate? in this case the match rate is working but some of the data is not valid for the selected match id check the segment ids for the dataset to determine whether the segment ids are correct if an incorrect segment id was entered in, then the matching will not be available for that segment my datasets show segments with 0 households in the audience builder but in datasets list the match rate looks good for the whole dataset what is going on? validate that the segments ids are correct and that they were loaded in the file although the system recognized that there were records available, they may have included a different segment id than what was entered in the system taxonomy as a result the segments in the audience builder may not contain records in this case you need to reload the dataset with the correct segment ids i can't see insights for datasets that display on the shared and affiliates tab on the datasets page for datasets on the shared and affiliate tabs, it is best to access the audience builder, and select the shared with me tab search for the segments you want drag the segments into a new audience where you can then view its details cancel the audience to exit without saving audiences can i build more than one audience with the same configuration but with a different name? the system doesn't allow you to create two audiences with exactly the same details i can't find the dataset i need on the shared with me tab in the audience builder on the shared with me tab, you can't search for a dataset name you can search by segment name, top segments, cpm, data provider, category, and many other options check the drop down for a complete list of search options my audience's matched households shows a different number from the number that i see in my deployment for the audience, why? audience totals are not automatically refreshed by the system because doing so would slow it down significantly to update the totals for an audience, open the audience details and click refresh at the bottom of the page i want to create a lookalike audience, but it the system isn't giving me the option the button doesn't display, why? a lookalike audience must be between 25,000 and 75,000,000 devices if the lookalike is below the minimum or above the maximum, you cannot create a lookalike audience deployments i tried to deploy my audience, but the deployment failed if a deployment failed, try to deploy it again by the clicking rerun deployments play button at the bottom of the deployment details page if there was a connection issue, the deployment will run on the second try if that doesn't work, go to the audience and check that the segments are valid and contain all necessary details if you are running a batched deployment for freewheel, wait 24 hours for the next batch to run if the deployment still doesn’t run, contact support
